The morning after 😤
Man oh man!! I'm hurting. Quads and hamstrings are hurting. The new gym isn't open on Friday nights yet so I'm going to a morning session. Yesterday was tough and this morning will be even more challenging since I'm hurting. But I love it!! This is what I was missing these past three months and I needed it so badly. I can already feel the stress, anxiety and slight depression disappearing. I'm starting to get my sleep habits lined up again ready for my 8-5 job again. No more up till 3AM. Sleeping sorta at a reasonable time and waking up early morning again. Ready to take on life. I got this.
