doctor sleep

i need sleep.like proper fucking sleep.

the problem is that i stay awake till 3am. then sleep. kind of. wake up by 930 and then start my day. i feel tired. could be why i feel depressed.

some time back i did decide to sleep early and wake up fresh. one of those fluke events.i felt so good.

i need to do that again. i can feel my body failing. joints rusted.

sleep is very important. dont deny it. so now im on youtube finding some tips on how to sleep early. they are so generic. have to scan through and pick what makes sense.
