The Bengals are led by head coach Zac Taylor, quarterback Joe Burrow and running back Joe Mixon. Cincinnati comes in with an 0-1 record after a Week 1 loss to the Chargers.

Here’s how our experts see the game playing out.

Mike Kaye: What did we do to deserve this matchup? Seriously? Anyway, this AFC North battle will come down to two things: kickers and interceptions. Let’s go with the Bengals for kicks! Bengals 15, Browns 10.

Darryl Slater: The twice-yearly battle of bad teams from the lovely state of Ohio. At what point do we realize that Baker Mayfield just probably isn’t very good? The jury is still out on Joe Burrow, of course. A battle of No. 1 overall draft pick quarterbacks here. Bengals 10, Browns 6.

Chris Franklin: Burrow will establish himself as the best pro quarterback in the state, well at least until they play again later this year. The bigger question will be how many people will be watching this game beyond halftime, let alone the third quarter. Bengals 17, Browns 14 (OT).

Chris Ryan: Joe Burrow nearly had a winning fourth-quarter drive in his NFL debut, and now the Bengals get a Browns team that was crushed by the Ravens in Week 1. In a matchup of two of the past three No. 1 overall picks, Burrow gets the edge on Baker Mayfield for his first career win. Bengals 23, Browns 20.

Zach Rosenblatt: The Browns already have the looks of a dumpster fire. The Bengals aren’t quite ready to ascend, but Joe Burrow is the real deal and he’ll show it by out-classing Baker Mayfield to get his first victory. Browns gonna Browns, after all. Bengals 24, Browns 23.

Joe Giglio: Unlike my colleagues, I’m looking forward to this matchup of young AFC North quarterbacks. Burrow impressed me in his first career start, but a short week on the road is a tall task. Cleveland will come in desperate, and should find some holes to run through vs. the Bengals. Mayfield bests Burrow in their first head-to-head matchup. Browns 27, Bengals 20.
