Speaking In Tongues

- Since I blew my load(s) yesterday afternoon, tonight (or, last night Monday...it's Tuesday 3:50am now) I had a choice of doing patrol tonight, and I took it. Less chance of getting real tired and falling asleep.

- Real quick, I fell asleep on watch and the CO and the LTC drove thru and saw it all...yes, I caught hell for it. HELL! But, yeah...over it now.
I also caught hell for saying the wrong thing around other veterans who....didn't like it, and jumped the chain of command, and told the police Chief.
Yes, the first year and a half weren't a good look. Usually now, I keep my mouth shut or watch what I say....sad because, well I know this is the civilian world. Maybe this is why people I mean vets like to go to VFW Halls, they could talk shit and not get in trouble for it? Makes sense.

- Anyway, someone said something and the heats coming on...at least it's not me this time!
As a teen, I didn't like to fight, but I could talk smack about someone, real sarcasm. I love to gossip and all that, but usually nowadays it's
MUMS THE WORD
And that's worked out great for me. I try to be like Clint Eastwood in the movies, a better listener than talker.

- So yeah! That's where it's at right now.
Anybody else had or have that problem...talking too much smack?
