Anxiety

I can't imagine anyone would want to read my thoughts.
What should I write?
What will they think?
Why can't I abstractly analyze myself like others?
There has to be a technique to this "writing" skill that I can figure out.
Perhaps meditation and focus will help.
I should look into it.
I feel weird and awkward starting new.
