Food Diary

Breakfast : 30g oats, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, black grapes, and low fat yogurt.

Lunch : 3 small wholemeal toast, with spaghetti, and 40g low fat cheese.

Dinner : Chinese takeaway. (saved half for next day Dinner)

Treats : (Far too many!)
Individual Lemon cheesecake.
Individual Bakewell slices.
Individual Chocolate slices.

i tried to add food as i went along yesterday, but the auto save wasn't working, so i've had to add it all today. 🙄
Hope it works today! It's handy to have.
