Easy peasy Monday workout 💪
Yesterday's gym workout was once again fun and easy. I guess pulling around a kayak and hiking up and down hills all weekend long got me feeling energized.
1) Squats with an overhead press 20 lb dumbells each hand
2) Regular bicep curls and not forgetting to squeeze your core and butt while doing so. I keep forgetting and coach keeps reminding us.
3) Jump ropes!! Love this. I was showing off a bit on my new tricks because so what? I can :)
5) Weighted Russian twists
Truck washed, clothes cleaned, and I put a dent on the garage organization (still a work in progress there 😱. Life is good.
