Day 15.. Easy level

10 x Wall Push-Ups
16 x Bird Dogs (8 each)
20 x Forward Lunges (10 each)
45 secs of Straight Arm Plank

Pretty easy today, after yesterday's workout! i looked at tomorrow's aswell, and it's a rest day, so i looked at Wednesday's, and it's ramped right back up! Wtf!?
Still, i feel like i'm definitely getting fitter, and since i'm not running today, i might try some *core* sit-ups. 😊 i need to work on my core more, and i have a machine to help me, that hasn't been used for about 5 years, until the other day. lol
So yeah... it's a definite, *maybe*. 😉
