Day 1... Easy level

Ok... so this is a spin-off diary from my main diary here, and will be used only for my diet, exercise, and weight loss journey. 😊
i should say straight off, that i wouldn't class myself as a fat fuck, but i like the idea of body transformation, and the title sounds good to me. 😋

i am transfering yesterday's exercise to here now. Then i'll make another post after this, with today's exercise. And finally, i will transfer my weigh-in stats tomorrow, along with seperate posts for exercise thereafter. 😊

So day 1 of my new exercise program looked like this :


15 secs of jumping jacks (star jumps)
10 chair step-ups (5 each side)
10 crunches
25 secs of the plank

So there should have been 3 press-ups, but i didn't do them, because i just physically can't. lol
But since then, a good friend on here has advised me on how to do an easier version of them instead, so i'll be doing that from now on when they're included in the program. 😊

i also did Week 8, day 2 of the C210K. That looked like this :

28 min run.
Supposed to be covering 4.4K in that time, but im covering around 3.5K (short arse.😋)
i did a PB this morning of 4K though. 😊
