Good morning Master,
i did reach out to Alexandria and ask that they check Your issue. She got back to me mid afternoon yesterday and said that everything looked to be in order and that there were no bans. She also asked at that time if You were still having the problem. i told her that i expected to see You in a few hours and would let her know. Unfortunately we never managed to connect so i thought i would post this for You to read.
