Week 2 Day 5

Ummmm what? You mean to tell me it's already Friday? WOW. This whole thing has really gone by much faster than I thought it would. I was never one for working out but when I found out it could help my singing, I sure was quick to jump on board haha. But since today is Friday, I hit the abs and upper body back up. I've said the exercises so many times that you would think it would get boring by now but hey, why not, it's the last day! Today I did the normal routine. I did plank and side plank 45 seconds each, two 30 reps sets of russian twists, two 15 rep sets of bicycle crunches, a 15 rep set of overhead military press, a 15 rep set of bicep curls, and lastly, a 20 rep set overhead tricep extensions. I think the fact that today was the last day with an actual list of exercises to do, I was motivated to go extra hard. I was really sweaty by the time I was finished! I feel great and I can't wait to discuss the other changes I noticed, on Sunday!
