Day 2

Woo! Back again for day two of this mini fitness journey. I am pretty sore from yesterday but that's just what happens when you throw your body into exercise. Today is Tuesday so it was all about legssss! The exercises recommended in the workshop included squats and bent knee sit-ups. I did two 15 rep sets of squats and two 15 rep sets of bent-knee sit-ups. Just like yesterday's workouts, it was a bit challenging but I was still able to get through it and I am really looking forward to seeing what the results are at the end of these two weeks! See ya tomorrow for another round of abs and upper body!
