Ran outta gas
Just got home. Too busy to have lunch so I fixed a quick boring sandwich and it's almost 4PM. All I had today was coffee and a protein shake. I'm tired. Blah...
I had 8 workouts this week. Teaching is just as hard. Demo the move then work out with them? I got two more tonight. I'm thinking Hobbit power nap instead.
But I know I'll attend. It's in my DNA already.
