#4 workout on the books 🦵
I got #4 workout done this week. Feels great to be working out again. Today's class was...
3 stations. 5 sets with 45 seconds on 10 seconds off. One minute rest between stations.
1) Side jump to high knees alternating with Sit Ups. Again 5 sets each.
2) Plank Dips and Modified Ice skaters. 5 sets each.
3) Snow Angels, snow balls and Fast feet with the coach calling squat, jump, or burpees during the 45 seconds.
They were all ok except for the plank dips. I ran out of gas after the 3rd set because I only lasted 35 seconds on the 4th and 5th set. My side core was put to the test for sure. I'm sure I'll be bitching about that part of my body tomorrow. But hey, it's all good. I'm getting my rhythm I think. No pain at the moment. I'm sure it's because of the natural heroin stuff being released into my body.
My friend wants me to host a workout. Kinda hard when I already did one and then I have to host one but maybe I will tomorrow.
I had my one allowed visitor to come see me today. I got to use my workout mat for the first time too. And this is the soap I used that is concentrated and it has lasted me a very long time. It can be used for all kinds of things but I use it primarily as a hand soap for my dispensers at home.
Great day. I got all the good chemicals released into my body from working out. Now it's time to retox :) Oh yeah, I got in touch with all the wineries that I'm a member at and they all are willing to ship my wines for free!! Cool! Don't even need to leave the house! Winner winner!! I don't know about the rest of you folks but keeping a positive attitude works like a charm. Sure there will be disappointments but don't linger on them. If you can't fix it and it's happened, move the heck on. Remember, you can't fix stupid. The road to a happier life is not linear. And please please please, get some exercise. It's like chocolate for the mind. It may not feel like it in the beginning...... or middle.... or even at the end but it's dang good for you mentally for sure. haha. It does get me worked up though but even that I think is pretty good for future fun adult activities. One day :)
