A Synopsis of my Life

This morning I visited the school I graduated from. I came there to see my ESL Teacher, Alla Vladimirovna Kornilova. I gave some books and newspapers with my poems and scientific articles as presents to the school library, to Alla Kornilova personally and to Łarysa Leanidaŭna Rusakova, my first English teacher. Łarysa Rusakova is now retired, but her granddaughter is graduating from our school this year. So, Alla Kornilova will hand over my presents through her. Alla Kornilova thanked me for the presents, for consideration and for not forgetting my school and my teachers.
To be honest, the school has changed a lot since I left it. I can even say I could not recognize it! At last they have removed that foolish signature with this “WELLCOME”; the two L’s were something that bugged me, huh… The staircases remained of the same color. I did not enter the school building to see it in detail; Alla Kornilova was in great haste to return to her teachers’ seminar.
After that, I headed for the Library #22 to offer myself for the participation in the coming Library Night – a festival held in the Sverdlovsk Oblast once a year. We talked for quite a while. I told about my creative activity as an author, the Headmistress promised to call me back.
