A Synopsis of my Life
February 25th, 2019, Monday, 09:17:00 p.m.
Yekaterinburg, Russia. GMT 05:00
This afternoon, I went to the editorial office of a students’ newspaper called “Studik” (an informal term for “student card” in Russian). The new issue of this newspaper came out the other day. My poem called “A White Raven” was published in this issue, so I decided to get several copies of this newspaper. By the way, this was the first time when my English poem was published without any publication fees.
When I came to their office building, I took several copies of this February issue on the ground floor. Then I went upstairs to their editorial office to thank the editors for the publication. I saw a woman there. She said they were the founders of the newspaper, not the editors. So, I expressed my gratitude to the woman. She was glad to see me judging by her tone and friendly smile.
