Monday:

- 30 squats x4,
- 10k steps (at least)!!!
- no sweets, 5 glass of water at least,

- try to clear your mind and fall asleep before midnight.
Tuesday:
It' s Christmas Eve so it can be hard but don't stop to watch yourself!
- morning routine,
- 30 lunges x4,
- 10k steps (maybe go for a walk with ur doggo?)

- water water water, especially glass of water with lemon before eve supper,
- remember- eat whatever you want but only when you're hungry, moderately.
Wednesday:
It's still Xmas time, today check yourself- eat only one cake, it's enough
- morning routine,
- 30 sit ups x4,
- water,
- it'll be hard to do steps so let's do more workouts!

Thursday:
You aren't going anywhere to family so you have to get used to days like that, days without sweets.
- morning routine,
- 10k steps,
- at least 2 hours break between meals what means that you need balanced food,
- 30 squats x4,

- sleep well (maybe try some yoga's exercises https://youtu.be/v7SN-d4qXx0).
Friday:
Going to Gdynia.
- morning routine,
- 30 lunges x4,
- water,
- eat when u have to,
- no workout;c
- go for a long walk!!!, go and see the sea, do as much steps as you can,
- do some exercises which you can.
Saturday:
Still in Gdynia.
- the same like in Friday but 30 sit ups x4.
Sunday:
Coming back.
- when u will come back https://youtu.be/dDFZpB3lMds tabata.
- sit ups, lunges and squats but i dunno how many.
