Review: Witches Tarot (Ellen Dugan)
The witches tarot by Ellen Dugan comes in a slightly large box, which includes a 78-card deck and a 312-page book.
The 78-card deck is around the average sized tarot cards deck. The back of the cards is absolutely beautiful, which features space with the colours with pink and blue on each end, which makes it harder to do a upright reversed reading as it is easy to tell which side is up and which side is down. In the middle of the card, there is a moon and different lunar phases on the sides of the moon which is really pretty. Notice that the Hierophant becomes the High Priest, the Wheel of Fortune becomes the Wheel of the Year and Judgement becomes Karma. The High Priest.
The book is extremely worth it, not only does it have the image, meanings, keywotds, deity associations and astrological associations, and also reversed meanings. But it also features spell-enhancing spreads - such as the Triple Goddess Spread, the Four Elements Spread, and the Wheel of the Year Spread that you can use for both tarot readings and magical practises.
I bought this whole set for £22, and I think is worth it.
Thanks for reading my personal review.
