But it is your fault

So, yesterday husband decided to order the new television. Somehow, he accidentally ordered two, and when he tried to cancel the second order, he was told that they could not cancel it, that he would just have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back. When they receive it, then we'll get a refund. So now we are a bit stretched financially.
When I got a little upset about all this, he said, "It's not my fault it doubled the order."
Well, actually it is your fault, whether it was a computer glitch or not, the fact that you're ordering a tv in the first place is your fault. Of course I didn't say that but damn I sure wanted to. I'm still really angry about it, more from the gun safety aspect than the damaged television.
I have the experience of knowing that he always promises to do things differently (I won't smoke in the house anymore; I am going to quit junk food.) then he gets tired of it and he goes back to his old ways.
The new thing is he needs to unload weapons before entering the house. I am holding him to this promise. Otherwise, he's going to end up killing someone.
