Yipes!! My weight!

So I weighted myself last Sunday night or Monday morning. I was a whopping 162 lbs. That's the heaviest I've been in awhile. Too much fun the week before. Anyway, I still wasn't eating really good all week. Mostly good but I did have some not so healthy dinners. I managed to drop 2 lbs just this morning so I'm now at 160 lbs again. Hopefully I can drop back down by Friday to a reasonable weight. Actually, my coach says I should be at 160 lbs but I feel and workout at a much better speed and pace at 155-157lbs.

I'm trying to do more one legged alternating jump ropes to strengthen my legs and I can tell the difference between 155 and 160lbs for sure. All other workouts are noticeably easier when lighter but none more noticeable that when jump roping, doing laps, and step ups.
