Faith at its fullness and the Great Cloud of Witnesses!

Faith at its fullness and the Great Cloud of Witnesses!

When in prayer and reading scripture I began to think about faith, The cloud of witnesses, and what faith at its fullness would look like. I remember at a few points of my journey, figuring out what has been actually happening in the spirit around me and actually seeing a cloud of witness, the question began to resonate with me on whether or not to share Hebrews 11 scripture regarding The great cloud of witnesses with others’. I quickly had to get sober in my thoughts because many individuals might feel it is incredulous, or even stretching the topic to almost a point where it  could look as fantasizing at best. However for those who, like me who uses scripture as a plumb line, I will state I love the passage in scripture that supports the interactions we have with the Cloud of Witnesses in the courts and in general. So let me get to the take away, The great Cloud of witnesses need us, to see the fulfillment of the Kingdom coming upon the Earth. Look at the Sadducees and the challenge Jesus faced when resurrecting the dead and the response he gave in Matthew 22:29-32..

Jesus replied,29, “You are deluded, because your hearts are not filled with the revelation of the Scriptures or the power of God. 30 For after the resurrection, men and women will not marry, just like the angels of heaven don’t marry. 31 Haven’t you read what God said: 32 ‘I am the Living God,the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.”[

Now let’s look at the Scripture in Hebrews, Chapter 11, which speaks of many that are in the cloud, some say it’s the Glory Scripture records these individuals in chapter 11 as those who earned a good reputation because of their faith, yet none of them received all that God has promised. You see God has something bigger and better for us, so that they would not reach perfection without us as described in Hebrews 11:39-40. You see, all those who have went before us had their merit attested because of their trusting. Let’s look at how faith moved Abel to choose a more acceptable sacrifice to offer God then his brother Cain. Faith lifted Enoch from this life, faith opened Noah’s heart to receive revelation and warnings, or even Abraham’s faith to obey God’s Call describes how faith has triumphed. The power of faith prompted Isaac to impart a blessing to his sons, faith inspired Joseph, faith prompted Moses parents to hide him, then eventually have Moses choose to do God’s will, and faith  pulled down Jericho’s walls, and on and on. Nevertheless, they did not receive what had been promised, because God had planned something better that would involve us, in this generation, so that only with us, would they be brought to the goal-reaching faith’s fullness, where conflict, life agony, or sin has been dealt with. This path has been marked out before us from these witnesses because of their faith,
