Well, it's a new day

So I'm feeling bummed out but it's a new day. I get to write the day as I want it to be. Good or bad, it's up to me to make it. I'm going to try. Right now, it isn't a bad start with coffee in bed. I had a min to check and I'm at 155 1/2 lbs. Pretty good because after I go #2 and shower, I'll weigh even less. haha.

We have a March challenge at my gym. 15 workouts and I get to be in an entry for a free apple watch or iPad or something like that. I don't really care about that. It's more of just get you ass in the gym incentive. I go anyway but I cut my gym attendance to 4 times a week because of my arm and they shut the Friday night sessions for a little while. Otherwise, I'd be going 5 times a week. Anyway, I'm going to hit 14 of 15 today so I'll still go over the min 15 workouts.

I guess I'm feeling a little better now. The soul gotta take the hits and keep going after that because it is what it is and life goes on till the end. Since I woke up today, I guess that means it's not ended yet. Sorry, a little gloomy outlook huh? I'll try to work on it.
