Noodles

These workouts are killing me, but I feel sooooo much better after them. I typically start with stretching because calf cramps are a thing and they're killer. After it's 30 mins on the treadmill/stair stepper and then 30-60 mins of circuit training. I carry most of my strength in my legs so leg day is obviously my favorite day, I did 85lbs on this leg press thingy and 55lbs on my arms. I am quite impressed with myself. Don't ask me about running. I am awful at it and sound like a dying walrus afterward maybe if I could get better at controlling my breathing and what not then results would be different. I also don't like my legs feeling like noodles after. My favorite part of the gym I go to are the hydromassages. You lay on what looks like a typical massage bed but then water jets shoot up and down your body. It's almost better than sex. Nope, it's definitely better than sex. You can control the speed and pressure take a 5-minute nap etc. It helps you to refrain from being sore the day after a workout. I LOVE it.
B and I have tried the whole gym thing multiple times and gave up a week or two after because life gets in the way, but this time we're determined. I want to feel attractive again and I'd like to look decent for our trip lol. I honestly wouldn't want to do it with anyone else. We keep each other motivated and we make it fun. If you can't have fun while working out stay your ass home lmao. That and I'm comfortable around him so I can push myself harder and not have to worry about what he thinks. I'm extremely self-conscious and so is he but when we're together we kind of cancel each other out it's weird. But I don't call him my Terror Twin for nothing. I'm excited to keep up with it, I really hope I don't lose steam.

I also finally got around to hanging up curtains in my room, I've been sleeping horribly and I have a feeling that could be playing a part. The sun rises in my window which of course wakes me up. They're black to match everything else of course. My room/ house is slowly coming together. I love the goth aesthetic, no I don't mean death this death that, but my room is decorated in mostly black furniture with purple accents. Lots of Tim Burton-esque decor. I love love love Victorian era decor as well. My dream is to own a Victorian style home and fill it with children and animals.

Until next time
