Alright so I'm really sorry for not updating yesterday. I went to sleep early and before that I completely forgot.
Anyway I've been seeing a bit of difference daily when I wake up but nothing too major.
So yesterday or if I was updating yesterday, today I did 300 crunches (idk what came over me) 500 jumping jacks and 20 reverse crunches.
I also did a few side twists.
I don't feel any pain now. It's all good.
And I'm able to easily do the activities
