Okay so I woke up late , missed school.
Tried doing exercises in the morning but my lazy self got the better of me.
My stomach was aching, not just on the outside but also on the inside.
It's maybe because of something I ate but I still thought of including it in the diary for what if.
Anyway I started working out around 4
Did 100 jumping jacks.
Then did 200 crunches.
First 100 were really easy
Then did 50 reverse crunches
Then got up and did another 50 jumping jacks. Took a break then another 50 jumping jacks.
Then around 8 did another 100 jumping jacks.
Didn't do a plank today idky
