A Synopsis of my Life

The other day, I met two more friends. First, I got acquainted with The Ural State Mining University student from Nigeria. His name is Jerry Ugochukwu Ezenwa. He studies to become an IT specialist. We talked during the breaks between our classes. Jerry told me he was a Roman Catholic; I was pleased and told him my Mom was a Roman Catholic too.
When I visited the Yekaterinburg Second Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for the first time since I officially left the Church, I met Niyi Adebayo. He is also from Nigeria looking for a job in Yekaterinburg at the moment. We had a very fun conversation, I suddenly found out I knew a lot about Nigeria. We discussed different dialects of English; I also told the people, who were with me, that all of us were “mzungus” (singular: “mzungu”), which means “a white person” in Africa. Niyi told us another term for that: white people are also called “oyinbos” (singular: “oyinbo”) in Nigeria. In the end of our meeting, Niyi told me he was a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Nigeria.
Generally speaking, that was a lot of fun!
