Second day of meditation
OK, so I tried to meditate again. Just a short attempt of 6 minutes. It's not easy. My mind does wonder around a lot so it does make you focus on your breathing in and out. Work stuff pops into you head. Last night's darts and all kinds of stuff. So I just try to focus on my breathing. So that's it. I don't see it as a miracle cure to fix all your stress but I'm going to give it a try.
