9 Round boxing fitness
So, I saw some ad on FB regarding a 30 min workout with a boxing concept. It's for 30 min and I think I'll give it a try. It's a free 10 day trial to suck you into joining but it's a good way to sample what the what you know? So I got the 10 day pass. My crossfit gym is from 4:30-5:30. I usually go early to warm up and stretch out. Then I usually jump rope after class and stay till 6PM.
Next week, I'll leave my gym at 5:30, rest a little and hit the 9 round gym for some boxing fun. It's only a 1/2 hr class so I may or may not survive but I always wanted to learn how to box.
