Gets What He Wants

Dear Reader,

Take a shot every time I say charger.

I’m feeling really anxious right now. I’m sitting here trying to calm down.. I kinda just want to cry but I don’t know why.. I really just feel weird.

My brother borrowed our grandmas flip phone, because his phone doesn’t have service. She never uses her phone so sometimes it dies or near dead, and she never remembers to charge it consistently.

So cue me, go into a panic attack.. because I had a terrible feeling did her phone doesn’t work for him, he’d start asking for mine.
And my grandparents still treating me like a child, would “tell” me to give it to him, and he’s stand here for as long as it took, asking me over and over for me to hand it over.

You see growing up, he figured out if he did that long enough, he’d eventually get what he wanted, because our stupid grandparents would give into him.

So he still gets his way. And he thinks he’s entitled to everything you have.

He’s threatened to hurt me because I wouldn’t let him use my charger. That’s the thing to, he loses EVERYTHING. Every time he leaves our house, he forgets something, usually his charger at wherever he was.
So he’s always after my charger, and can’t see what the problem is that his device gets charged while mine has to turn off before it dies, when he’s the one who forgot his. He always wants to keep it all night.
At one point I spent $30 on two extra charger cords because he lost his, and wouldn’t stop taking mine, and I bought myself an extra one for when he lost his.
Well, he lost BOTH. And lied about losing mine.

So now, I have three cords, and a few boxes. Two I bought, and one came with my phone. He only knows about two of them. I keep the third one in my purse.

He left, and didn’t end up taking my phone thankfully, but I was really anxious that he would ask, and they would be on his side.

Sincerely,
Me
