Diet today

Breakfast was 3 rashers of bacon, an egg and mushrooms, all fried in low cal spray, 2 linda mccartney rosemary and red onion sausages and beans... believe it or not... ALL FREE! But i had around a tablespoon of red sauce on it, for 1 syn :)
Lunch was a tomato mug shot, an orange and a plum, and dinner was a weight watchers sweet and sour chicken and rice, followed by another plum.

i have bought a notepad, where i can write everything down now, so i don't have to keep logging in and out of here all the time. i'm just talking to myself anyway.. lol

Master is home :) i have missed Him so much over the last 3 weeks :( i have no idea when i'll see Him again, but i am feeling really close to Him right now, which is good :)
my foot/ankle is giving me grief :( i am going to keep an eye on it over the weekend and try to rest it as much as possible, see how it goes...
