Getting in Shape
This morning I looked at my body while making and drinking coffee -- I looked at how good the muscle on my abs is and how muscular my legs are still. I need to work on my arms and back. Last night I had fish, crispy veggies and mashed potatoes for dinner. To lower my fat, I'd just eat less potatoes. What I had for dinner was yummy. I want to go body surfing with a friend. Maybe sometime soon.
