Tiny Victory - Day 38

Dear Reader,

Something I've noticed.. when you live with depression... you tend to have a super lack of motivation to do things.

It takes a lot of energy and will power to do simple things..
And your daily accomplishments are so tiny in comparison to other people's.

I noticed this for the passed two days. Yesterday, I was so excited to tell my friend that I finally did my eyebrows, and finally did them even.

And then today.. I did laundry.. and I told the same friend how proud I was to have gotten it done.

I usually have small daily accomplishments that, once done.. I have that feeling of pride, and desire to share.. and once I try to share...
I catch myself, and realize.. "That's.. not very impressive, and they won't understand why I think it is." And I don't say anything.

Sincerely,
LackThereOf
