Tuesday Day 2

Woke up super early in the morning today around 8am. Actually really proud of myself to wake up that early so good on me. The meditation session lasted about 30 minutes and to be honest it made a big difference throughout the day. Right after the exercise I felt more relaxed which made me feel good for what the day had to offer for me.

At around 2pm, I decided to venture to a garden all alone, with me and my thoughts. The scenery was amazing. The birds chirping sounded like a synced harmony that all fitted well. It was a bit windy today aswell so the sound of the wind whistling made the whole trip very calm and relaxed. Never knew how I enjoyed time for myself, with no social media, no work, no nothing. Just me admiring everything around me.

What a day.
