I am a 19 year old at a private college.

I thought this semester would be different. I feel so stressed out. I can't go to class from 9 to 2 pm then group work from 2 to 3 pm and then work from 3pm to 4pm and then pages and pages of studying straight from a textbook. What is wrong with my habits? I ended up so stressed at 4pm because I skipped lunch that I went to the dining hall, ate a burger, went to my dorm and thought about working out. Then I decided that I did not have enough time to work out (I think that I was wrong) and that I only had enough time to do homework and studying. Well I ended up taking a 3 hour nap. 3 HOUR NAP. It was not even a pleasant nap, it was horrible. I felt groggy and even more stressed out when I woke up because of the time I wasted. I got up super late and went to go eat more food. Then I threw up the food and watched videos on youtube. Now I am trying to study but I feel so overwhelmed. Is there something wrong with me?
