How can I stop worrying so much?

This seems to be the question of the ages for most . Worry by default will happen its just one of those things that you either need to worry less about things out of your control and instead focus on minimizing the worried you do have control over ie financial for example. Meditation an a journal also can help as an outlet if nothing else . I have a lot of time on my hands which most would see as a gift however all it does for me is give me more ime to stress over seemingly everything even the things out of my hands so to speak . I spend so much time analyzing every move possible on the chess board an planning accordingly it weighs a fair bit on one's mind . Journals prompts such as this or even an online diary help a fair bit with just releasing what your feeling and not keeping it bottled up inside .
