A lady in the crowd
Too Good To Be True.
Could this all be a dream that's too good to be true? Either I haven't woken up yet, or this is somehow my reality. I want to take a moment to appreciate Upward Bound. Without my acceptance into this program, which helps people in financial need, my life would be completely different. Thank you Upward Bound for bringing new companions across my path, for giving me a chance to travel and go to a one month residential program at UCSD, and for tomorrow's upcoming road trip.
In a matter of less than two hours, at 3AM, I'll be on my way to Los Angeles. I'll visit UCLA for a second time in a row, from there I will go to a Medical conference, and a local fair. I hope I'll have a chance to see my college friend, Angela Yip, who was my roommate when I attended the SIVB program earlier this January. The day will come to an end when I'll go for a swim in Sheraton hotel's indoor swimming pool. What matters the most it that I'll be catching up with my friends that are spread all throughout the Imperial Valley. I haven't seen in over 6 months, so we have a lot of catching up to do.
Much to come and there's hardly any time left to sleep.
