Eating more mindfully

I know my mindful eating has been taking a slip. I want to start tracking my habits. I know I must become more mindful of what I put in my body now that I am a vegetarian. The food I put in my body redefines my mood. Its crazy how they say "You are What your Eat". I sort of believe that now. My mood changes with every meal.

I plan on tracking my food a bit better and tracking my success even more.
