A reason not to chronically over eat

Or in simpler words,,, not to stuff your face unnecessarily...

~ it was a good day, i did alot of things that were good for me as a person even tho it was hard to do and that is something i definitely did~

if you knew your next binge would make you pile on 45 kgs in one go, wouldnt you starve until then....everything helps, even the practical thinkings...i mean i think the idea of controlling what you eat is not just smart, its healthy. forget about being a health nut, just eat healthy, eat something sweet sometimes, but dont eat like theres no tommorow. The only person facing the mirror test is you. Not your friends, or your mother, or anyone. i think responsible eating starts with eating only your breakfast, lunch and dinner and not spoil your meal. only eat if you are hungry,,, drink water, and an apple thrown in for good measure is actually good for you. trust me, maybe the fad diets and exercise classes arent helping but dont get depressed and over eat, or if you lose a kg or two, dont reward yourself with food, thats worse.
