Going to the police?

I have to report it. Because the entire thing was planned. He has done this before and i was lucky but someone else wouldn't be so lucky. I do not want any other girl to go through this. i think he picks up drunk girls from central london and then rapes them.he has done it before and he will do it again next week. If i feel this bad right now and nothing took place then i cannot even begin to imagine how horrible a person who has been raped feels. because i seriously feel like my life is nearly over.
