anyways my goal for this week is to be 132 again

i now i'm super fat
also i am taking a challenge that another diary author sent me
no junk food
witch will be pretty easy 4 me
unless i go out with friends
anyways i've eaten 140 calories today in cereal around 10:30 a.m.
70 calories worth of rice cracker thingies
46 calories in candy
later a ate about 300 cals for dinner
