results of day 1

in the top of the pages i will record my progress then what i eat i have already lost 3 pounds just from yesterday now i'm 138 really happy about that i hope it'll be easier today since i ate pretty late yesterday and watched tv after on every commercial i got up and did jumping jacks or walked around the 3 rooms on that floor or walked in place also when i sat down again i never stopped moving you can burn more calories that way i'm sooo happy about losing 3 but i can't make myself throw up help anyone?
