New low calorie snack!

Put an oxo cube of any flavour, (beef, vegetable, etc) in 450ml oh hot water and drink super yummy and only 28 calories! All I've had to day, is one cup of green tea, about a litre of cold water and a big mug of gravy soup haha.

Doing so well. This is a lot easier than I though it would be, then again I'm used to fasting for long periods of time so this will seem easier in comparison.

Total calories so far today: 30 calories!
