Pride and Prejudice

I am no saint so I don’t hear from God…but in the very few periods in my life when I am in tune with him he whispers about my pride to me. The last time I cried out to him to remove the pain and hurt I feel, to make my marriage what it should be….he said to me….I can bless you and make you an achiever but I worry about your pride…..you need to put yourself down for God.

To live you must die (Mark 8:35)
To gain you must give (Matt 19:21)
To rule you must serve (Luke 22;26)
