Messed up.

I can't do this. I need to lose weight. I have my motivation, but something just won't let me quit eating and actually work out. I try so hard to do it, and it just doesn't work. I want to be small. I want to be tiny. I want to lose my fat in my belly, legs, and arms. I just don't know how. I need someone to just constantly remind me that i don't need to eat. That i need to work out. I don't need the food. I don't need the pop. I don't know what to do. I don't want to quit eating completely, but if i eat, i always end up eating too much than if i just don't eat. Know what i mean? So someone who is going through the same thing as me, i need your help. Tell me how to actually stick with it. I need to be small and cute for panama spring break, and i also need to be small to go see issues in march. Someone please. I need the help. And don't tell me that i don't need to do it. Because i need to, and i know i do. What you say to me won't help me not do it. It will make me want to do it more. So maybe you should tell me that i don't have to do it. It would help me stop taking food for granted and eating it all the time.
