Spanish Class (Again)

I had an interesting weekend. Trumbauer was nice, but it would've been much better if I hadn't had my loneliness-induced freak-out. I was stuck in a hotel with a group of people I barely knew (the others in my school who'd made it to Trumbauer) and I had to share a bed with some overly-nice bubbly chick. I was majorly uncomfortable, and didn't even want to go to sleep. There were 3 girls in my room, not counting myself, and I barely knew any of them. I know the teacher tried to arrange the rooms so we'd be with people we were more comfortable with, and I'm happy I was in the room I was in compared to the other option, but I still wasn't happy. The entire weekend, people proceeded to ignore me or stare at me like I was an idiot if I said anything. I was pretty miserable, and wanted to call my mom (yes, I'm a mommas girl... Or at least I used to be. Not so much anymore since she abandoned me and my brother so she could live in Florida with her stalker-turned-husband.) but I don't have her new number (or a phone) so one of the nicer guys who was staying at the hotel let me use his phone to call none other than crushy boy. Yep. And I didn't mind. Much as I may be disgruntled with him at times, he's still my friend, and I sat outside the hotel room and sobbed to him for two hours. Afterwards I ended up in a room with the guys and two girls, feeling uncomfortable because one chick finally got up and dragged her butt back to her room and the other chick was getting all snuggled up with the only conscious guy in the room, but I still didn't want to go back to my room, so I waited until 3:30 when she was ready to go to sleep before I left. I almost wish I'd stayed on the phone with crushy boy.
Trumbauer was pretty cool. I didn't get any awards of my own, but the one-act placed third, and the other two actors got awards, so I'm happy for them. I got to hang out with some pretty cool people and decorate this huge whiteboard with lots of doodles and quotes from the fandoms I love. And for dinner, I had the BEST dinner I've ever eaten. You'll think I'm nuts, but it was bread and butter, fried green tomatoes, and something called a petite filet which was basically a small steak, and my friend let me eat the rest of his potatoes since he wasn't hungry. It doesn't sound like much, but it was amazing.
There's not a lot of time left, so I'm gonna go ahead and say goodbye. Seeya.
