Woke up at 7:30am popped out of be and out the door for a walk. Made it to the Tait House and turned back. Stopped at the Co-Op and got groceries. Three bags. Each weighed about just over 5 lbs. Walked back to the house.

Breakfast: About 1 1/2 cups (didn't measure, certainly not more) of Original Quaker Harvest Crunch in Unsweetened Coconut milk. Black coffee

Drive out to yard sale

Unpacking Kitchen

Walk 5 min to Dollorama and back

Lunch: Tuna, mango, mayo, Flatout (flat bread) Multi-grain with flax, two small vine tomatoes, water

Drag wagon to site of garage sale to pick up purchase. The guy offers to deliver so I drag the girls back in it.

Back to work in the house.

Dinner: Salad (green peppers, local organic mixed lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, Cesar dressing), Brussels Sprouts, Pork Roast. (homemade bbq sauce - ketchup, fig balsamic vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, maple syrup, vodka, some spices)

Walk out to the Bargain Shop and back.
