Week 3 Wednesday 18th July Journal/STRETCHING

Rest day: today i'm just reating and enjoying the day off from the gym. Let me tell you it is needed my whole body is aching that nice feeling you get from working out well. So i'm just resting eating and enjoying. Thanks for know,ps i feel tired but really good.
