I made up for time spent at the doctors yesterday by getting the parts actually ordered. That was a lengthy process. I had to go onto DigiKey's website and type in every part order, make sure that when it came up it read as the part in the catalog, so we don't get the wrong parts, and then check to see what is on back order, etc. I ordered a bunch of capacitors. Capacitors are basically little batteries that hold a certain amount of voltage to be distributed throughout an appliance. They come in all sizes and forms, according to Mr. Pickett but the ones we deal with here are about the size of a D battery and smaller. Usually if there is something wrong with a tv, that is the first thing that goes. We check them all and go down the line after that, unless you have a Sony, then we know it's probably something to do with the light engine. (eyes rolling) Anyway, I also got onto MWaves website and was able to find most of the lamps we needed. I ordered those. Despite the fact that I feel like a zombie, business is rolling.
