First Day (again)

I got up this morning and weighed myself: 182.0 pounds with 38% body fat. Pretty darn bad if you ask me. I don't think I look that big but when I see pictures of myself I know that's not true. I'm trying to take it just one day at a time, telling myself "If I do everything right today I might lose 1/4 of a pound" Keep doing everything right and I can make it to 2.5 pounds in 10 days. Not the best motivation, who can ever do everything right for a whole day? But if I'm close enough I give myself the credit. What happens in ten days if I do everything right you ask? I'm going to buy a cute new pair of boots, that's what. What happens if I get to 10 days and I haven't lost 2.5 pounds? I'll buy the boots anways. It's effort and habit I'm trying to encourage. And what if it takes me 15 days to get 10 days of solid effort? Sucky, but I still get the boots as long as I didn't gain weight on those days, just maintained. Probably a healthier way to do it anyways.

Breakfast:
- Generic nutrigrain bar (130)
- 1% Milk for latte (5.6 oz, 70 calories)
Lunch:
- Plain Bagel (230)
- Chive and onion cream cheese (90)
- Chocolate mousse (60)
- Carrots (20)
Snack:
- Light yogurt (100)
Dinner
- Soup (200)
- Bread w/butter x 2 (180)
- Egg (70)
- Light pomegranate juice (50)

Extras:
- granola bar (for working out)
- eggnog latte (for going to school)


What I hoped to achieve: 181.75
