So I made this tonight, it was fecking amazing.

4 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) follow ZE steps.

First, thaw, ze chicken, cut them into large even squares (as even as
you can)

1) dip chicken squares into the bowl of flour (sifted)
2) take the floured chicken, and drench in a bowl of eggs (5) gently
whipped
3) douse into bowl of bread crumbs (rye toast shredded to oblivion)

Take your squares and lay them into hot pan (a little past mid, but
not too high) olive oil a generous amount to be sure, shredded garlic,
and a small stick of butter.

In a small mixing bowl, put in chili pepper, paprika, cayenne, cajun
powder, cumin, some ginger (I shredded some), add in some sea salt and
ground pepper, mix together in the bowl, and dust the tops of the
chicken squares.

Flip the chicken, after about 4 minutes (it shouldn't take too long
depending on your stovetop/pan, after you flip, dust the tops again with
your dry mix.

Serve with on a bed of sticky rice infused with caramelized onions and
bell peppers, add some steamed asparagus, and voila!

C'est Magnifique!
